Returns  Policy

Special Ordered Materials.
Special ordered materials are of very little value to us or the manufacturer, for this reason we must enforce the following return policies.

We will not accept any returns for materials that were specifically ordered for a customer. This will include carpet, vinyl, ceramic tile, porcelain tile, natural stone tiles, hardwood flooring, laminate, accessories, special pad, etc.

In Stock Materials.
We will only accept returns for materials that are in stock and are in their original containers. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. We will not accept returns for opened merchandise or for partial containers of merchandise. All materials that are currently in stock in our warehouse are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee.

All refunded money will be issued in the form of a company check.

No refunds will be given for materials that were charged on an account unless the account has been paid in full.

All returns must be approved my the manager before the return is accepted.

Important

When an ordered is picked up, either by you or your installer, or you receive a home or business delivery, please count the quantity of packages and compare with the invoice issued by Ashland Floor Co., Inc. Also, visually inspect the packages, rolls, etc. for damage. If damage is seen on your packages or rolls, immediately open the damaged package and physically identify the extent of the damage and contact the Ashland Floor Co., Inc. claims department as soon as possible.

No claims will be accepted for damaged materials after 3 days from the original invoice.

Look before you cut!
Inspect your carpet, vinyl rolls and pad for visible defects before you cut your flooring. If visible defects can be seen, call the Ashland Floor Co., Inc. claims department before you begin installation. Once the flooring has been cut, no claims will be accepted.
